Strategy Sprint Workshop

4 November 2019 • Charlotte, NC
Pricing: $799

What You’ll Experience

In this one day workshop, you’ll learn how to condense months of planning into a fast-paced, structured strategic problem-solving process. You’ll gain powerful tools for mapping challenges, developing concepts, making rapid decisions, aligning your team, and creating clear next steps. Rooted in the first three phases of the Design Sprint Process and infused with human-centered design and behavioral science tools, Wily's Strategy Sprint focuses on four core steps:

  • Get clarity on a challenge + map the existing landscape

  • Get rooted in the people who are central to your challenge

  • Gather outside inspiration + use structured idea generation

  • Define and give clear direction on critical next steps

Strategy Sprints

Strategy Sprints are a structured, hands-on, repeatable process for effective decision-making and tangible goal-setting with your team. It compresses months of planning into action-driven work and team alignment.

Nix the long meetings and months of drawn out planning. Work smarter. Gain alignment. Make effective decisions. Keep teams motivated. Cut down on meetings. Skip strategic planning and start strategic doing.

Strategy Sprints borrow heavily from the first three steps of the Design Sprint process (Map, Sketch, and Decide). They also include tools and approaches rooted in Design Thinking, Behavior Change, and Business Strategy.
